One of the many springs located in and around the Santa Fe River. It is one of the smaller springs set back in the woods, surrounded by cypress trees. I can imagine that many of the old growth trees that used to be here created much sawdust.
This painting features the brown sawdust particles with glimmers of the clear turqouise water bubbling up.
